Item # W177 SOLD
This is quite an interesting piece,
it would have been an old washstand, with the lift up lid for the
bowl to sit on and the cupboard under for the jug. The top has been
fixed down now, but it is still a different piece to restore. |
|
Item # W189 SOLD
This is a beautiful little
cupboard, it would have held a religious figure at some point and
has the most gorgeous original blue paint on the inside and really
early fine glass in the door.

Item # T154
SOLD
This piece started out on our
larders page, but it just goes to show that you can make anything at
all out of these cupboards. This is now a computer cupboard,
click on the after shot and see inside. |

Item # W184 -
SOLD
This is a very early rustic piece,
with the hinges on the doors, rather than in them, should strip well
though.
26"w x 19"d x 4'h. |

Item # W204 SOLD
We have never seen a brot shank
with these proportions before, the cupboard is normally a lot bigger
than the drawer section, but this one is almost identical. Very
early piece. With the added top it looks like it was built for this
alcove.
31"w x 14"d x 41"h. |

Item # W186 SOLD
This is a really well built
cupboard, it has four really sturdy shelves in it and it is a really
good size to go in any room. It also has a neat little gallery
around the top.
36"w x 14"d x 49"h |

Item # PM211 SOLD
This is something that will sell
quite quickly I think, it is one of those tall, thin, narrow
cupboards that everyone seems to have room for, all solid pine.
31"w x 13"d x 73"h. |

Item # TT105
SOLD
This wonderful piece of furniture
has a great story attached to it. We bought it from a guy who had to
get it out of a huge house in Clifton. It is an old lead-lined
"Ice Safe" with all the bits and pieces still in-tact. It is
incredibly heavy!

We got an
email out of the blue asking for some sort of cupboard for an alcove
that could have wine in or on and maybe some books. Having no idea
of the size required at this stage, I sent the "before" photo of
this piece as a loose suggestion. |
|
Ten days
later it was collected and taken from Bath to Norwich to a lovely
couple who own a pub. They love it, and have it filled with
Champagne and Wine and sent an email saying it was "bloody
brilliant". All this from an off-chance email and the power of the
net
Thank you Dani and Bob. |
